Processing & shipping
At Pressed & Refreshed, I strive to provide the best customer service experience possible, and that includes timely processing and shipping of your order.
My processing time is typically 5-14 business days, during which your press on nails are made to order. This time begins once I have received payment, all details required to create your desired set, and we have finalized the sketch (if applicable).
If you are in need of your nails in a shorter timeframe, please purchase the "Rush My Order" add-on. Please note: this only speeds up the processing of your order. If you need faster shipping you will need to upgrade your shipping as well.
Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these estimates may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. An increased rate will be shown for international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns
Due to the nature of my products, custom press on nails, I do not offer returns or refunds. However, I understand that accidents do happen.
If you receive a damaged or defective nail, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order, describing the issue. Based upon the issue, I may then send you a replacement for up to two nails.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I will do everything we can to ensure that you receive a quality product. If you have any questions or concerns about my replacement policy, please don't hesitate to contact me.
