At Pressed & Refreshed, we strive to provide the best customer service experience possible, and that includes timely processing and shipping of your order. Our processing time is typically 5-10 business days, during which your press on nails are made to order.

Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these estimates may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. An increased rate will be shown for international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of my products, custom press on nails, I do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping, you may have measured incorrectly, or a nail may become damaged during application.

If you receive a damaged or defective nail, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please describe the issue (incorrect measurements, shipping damages, or application damages). I will then send you a replacement for up to two nails.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I will do everything we can to ensure that you receive a quality product. If you have any questions or concerns about my replacement policy, please don't hesitate to contact me.
