At Pressed & Refreshed, every body care product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
I want you to love your Dew Luxe products, and your satisfaction is very important to me! Due to the nature of personal care items and for hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.
However, if you experience a skin reaction or irritation after using one of our products, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue that arose. I may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. I will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, removed from their original containers, or repackaged.
I reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
