At Pressed & Refreshed, every body care product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
I want you to love your Dew Luxe products, and your satisfaction is very important to me! Due to the nature of personal care items and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the product is damaged. If you purchase the item and do not like the scent, I suggest you regift the item! On your next purchase, please feel free to reach out to me for a more detailed description on the scent you are interested in.
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. I will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, removed from their original containers, or repackaged.
I reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
